Q: Where does your clothing come from?
A: We source most of our products from within the US. Other items are made in and shipped from overseas. Please refer to the 'Shipping + Returns' tab on each product for specific details. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Pay Pal
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Our standard services are USPS & DHL
Q: How long does flat/standard shipping take?
A: After your items are processed which usually takes 3-5 business days, you can expect your shipment within 6-9 business days on most products. Please note that due to COVID, some carriers are experiencing slight delays
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A; Yes, we do offer 3-5 day shipping on some products for an additional charge. Please refer to the 'Shipping + Returns' tab on each product for specific details. 
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number after you place your order. Please note that it can take several hours for the tracking number to update. You can also track your order by clicking on the 'Track your Order' link in our website.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship within the US
Q: Do you charge tax?
A: No... We do not charge tax on our clothing! We're in Jersey..we don't pump our own gas either 😊

Q: How is your clothing sized?
A: Most items are true to size. Each individual item has a size chart with specific measurements.
Q: What sizes do you stock?
A: Most of our items run Small to 2XL

Q: What if my order has a defect?
A: All merchandise is checked for defects or damages prior to shipping it out. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects and meets their expectations. We ask that you email us with photos/video of the defect with a brief explanation.

Q: What if my order doesn’t fit?
A: We ask that you check measurements carefully before buying. We do our very best to ensure that all size charts are accurate. If you do need a different size, you can return your order (if applicable), and purchase a new size.

Q: What should I do if I change my mind when I receive my order?
A: Sorry, but we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind about your order.

Q: How long do I have to return a product?
A: We ask that you notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. See the 'Shipping + Returns'' tab in the product description for specifics.

Q: Where do I return a product?
A: Email us at the address below and we will provide you with the address. Do NOT send anything to the address on your parcel. This is not our return address and we will not be able to process your refund or replacement.

A: Yes! Absolutely!  We are a licensed and a Woman owned small business.

Q: Where are you located?
A:  Our office is located in New Jersey. Our products are shipped from California, New York, and overseas.

Q: How do I make a purchase?
A: Simply visit our website, on the product page click the 'Add To Cart' button. You'll be then given the option of continuing to shop or checking out. When you're ready to pay, check out and pay via Credit Card or PayPal.


Discount Codes
Q: How do I use a discount code?
A: Simply enter your code at checkout and your discount will be automatically deducted. Some of our sale discount codes are automatic, therefore no code is necessary. 

Q: Can I use more than one discount code per order?
A: No - you may only use one discount code per order.
