Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Pay Pal

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Our standard service is USPS for orders within the US

Q: How long does flat shipping take?
A: In our experience flat shipping takes between 7 -21 days after processing.

Q: Do you have a handling time?
A: Yes, our order processing, picking and packing time is usually max 5 business days. But sometimes due to some temporarily sold out situation, it might take a little longer.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You will receive a tracking number after you place your order. You will also receive one on returns & exchanges.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide. Different carrier rates apply for orders outside of the US

Q: Do you charge tax?
A: No we do not charge tax on our products.

Q: How is your clothing sized?
A: Most items are true to size however some of our European pieces run a little smaller. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering and buy the product by the measurements, NOT by the size.

Q: What sizes do you stock?
A: Most of our items run XS or S to XL with some going up to a 6XL. Please check measurements carefully and don’t worry if you need a 6XL. European sizes are usually smaller than Western and it doesn’t mean you’re extra, extra large!

Refunds, Returns Exchanges

Q: What if my order has a defect?
A: Email us at the address below, tell us what the problem is and attach a photo of the damage.

Q: What if my order doesn’t fit?
A: We ask that you check measurements carefully before buying and we do our very best to ensure that all size charts are accurate.

Q: What should I do if I change my mind when I receive my order?
A: Sorry, but we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind about your order.

Q: How long do I have to return a product?
A: Our return policy is 14 days after you receive your order.

Q: Where do I return a product to?
A: Email us at the address below and a customer service rep will give you the address. Do NOT send anything to the address on your parcel. This is not our return address and we will not be able to process your refund or replacement.

A: Yes! Absolutely!  We are a licensed and a Woman owned registered small business. 

Q: Where are you located?
A:  We are located in the US. We've partnered with several manufacturers in  the US and in some cases-overseas.

Q: How do I make a purchase?
A: Simply visit our website, on the product page click the 'Add To Cart' button. You'll be then given the option of continuing to shop or checking out. When you're ready to pay, check out and pay via Credit Card or PayPal.

Discount Codes

Q: How do I use a discount code?
A: Simply enter your code at checkout and your discount will be automatically deducted.

Q: Can I use more than one discount code per order?
A: No - you may only use one discount code per order.
