Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

  1. Damaged Items: Please send us your order number, describe the issue and send us a photo(s) showing the damage upon receipt.
  2.  Canceling Orders: Please send us your order number and tell us the reason for cancellation. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed. 
  3. Please do not send returns to the address on the package. Returns will only be honored if they are sent to the address provided by Customer Service.
