Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. PLEASE NOTE that a handful of our manufacturers *do not accept returns which is why we stress choosing your item(s) carefully. Returns that are granted will be refunded on your original form of payment. Any requests for exchanges/refunds after 14 days will not be accepted.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Please note that for personal hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on: swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie or accessories (jewelry, belts, undergarments).
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us your request for a return/exchange along with your order ID
- Identify the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
You will then be contacted by us regarding your request along with instructions to:
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- Damaged Items: Please send us your order number, describe the issue and send us a photo(s) showing the damage upon receipt.
- Canceling Orders: Please send us your order number and tell us the reason for cancellation. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed.
- Please do not send returns to the address on the package. Returns will only be honored if they are sent to the address provided by Customer Service.
