Hopefully, you'll fall in love with your purchase, but we do understand that sometimes 'things' happen.
We offer free returns on most items within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not offer exchanges in size, so PLEASE check the size charts carefully.
If you do need a different size, your order must be returned (if applicable) and a new order can be made.
- A handful of our manufacturers do not accept returns which is why we stress choosing your item(s) carefully. Please refer to the 'Return Policy' Tab on the product description pages.
- Return shipping fees on some items are the responsibility of you, the customer. This is clearly indicated on those items.
Returns that are granted will be refunded on your original form of payment. Any returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise. Shipping charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error or defective item. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted/Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Please note that we do NOT accept returns on: swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie or accessories (jewelry, belts, purses, wallets, face masks) or undergarments.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email us your request for a return along with your order ID
- Identify the products you wish to return from your order
You will then be contacted by us regarding your request along with instructions to:
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email. If your return doesn't qualify for a free return, you must obtain your own shipping label.
- Once you have your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Drop it off with the shipping carrier referenced on your return label, either being USPS or UPS. To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
- Damaged Items: Please send us your order number, describe the issue and send us a photo(s) showing the damage upon receipt.
- Canceling Orders: Please send us your order number and tell us the reason for cancellation. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed. Once an order has been processed and is on it's way to you -depending on the return policy from the supplier- you can return your order only after it's been delivered to you within 14 days of receipt.
- Please do not send returns to the address on the package. Returns will only be honored if they are sent to the address provided by Customer Service.
A refund for the item(s) less the outgoing shipping ($7.00) cost will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 10 business days after your return is received. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email and refund amounts. We won't leave you hanging!
