1. Damaged Items: Please send us your order number, describe the issue and send us a photo(s) showing the damage upon receipt.
  2.  Canceling Orders: Please send us your order number and tell us the reason for cancellation. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed. Once an order has been processed and is on it's way to you -depending on the return policy from the supplier- you can return your order only after it's been delivered to you within 14 days of receipt.
  3. Please do not send returns to the address on the package. Returns will only be honored if they are sent to the address provided by Customer Service.

A refund for the item(s) less the outgoing shipping ($7.00) cost will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 10 business days after your return is received. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email and refund amounts. We won't leave you hanging!
