Returns Information

We are confident you'll love your purchase, however we realize that sizing doesn't always work out. We will gladly accept returns for Store Credit.

Return Requirements:

  • Your return MUST be requested within 7 days of receiving your package (date it was delivered to you)
  • Items MUST be unworn and unwashed
  • Items MUST be free from make-up, deodorant stains, animal hair, cigarette smoke odor, or any other odor.
  • Items MUST¬†have tags attached and MUST be in their original packaging¬†WITH the UPC code. This enables us to match & process your return.
  • We do not offer price adjustments on marked down/sale items
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
  • Discounted/Sale + Clearance Products
  • Swimwear + Bodysuits
  • Accessories - Hats, jewelry, belts, purses, wallets, face masks)¬†and¬† undergarments

    Returns Processing:

    Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

    Though we are happy to provide FREE Shipping, we do not provide free return shipping on any purchase. The return shipping will be at your cost. We ask that you kindly email us the tracking number from the USPS once you send it off.

    PLEASE do not send your return to the address on your mailing envelope. Returns are received & processed strictly by our returns department, and you will receive the mailing address at your email on file once we initiate your return.

    Store Credit:

    You will receive an electronic gift code (store credit) for the purchase  once your return has been processed.

    The electronic gift code will be emailed to the email address we have on file for you. Gift card is valid for 60 days from date of issue.


    We do not accept exchanges due to our quickly moving inventory. We do not hold items, and because of this, we cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives to our warehouse. If you would like a different size, you are able to place a new order for that item (or any other item). This can be done immediately OR once your return has been processed and store credit has been issued. 

    Defective/Damaged Goods:

    Please note that defective/damaged goods must be communicated to us within 5 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact us at for assistance. 

    We reserve the right to request photo evidence in some cases and cannot guarantee to grant a return without this.
