HOLIDAY ORDERS - EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS
UPS: Orders may not receive updating tracking through UPS. Note that these orders are still being delivered successfully; however, they are taking 15-20 business days to receive.
USPS: Once your order has shipped please understand USPS is extremely delayed. Due to unplanned USPS facility closures & overall increase in volume, all carriers are experiencing unprecedented delays.
➡️ Being that we source our collection from various suppliers, shipping times may vary, & depending on your purchase, you may receive more than one package.•Please allow 1-3 business days for processing
•Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Keep in mind that it may take several hours for your tracking number to update. All shipping updates are done solely by the carriers.
Most items can be returned for credit to your original form of payment. When that is not possible, you will be issued a store credit/gift card. Please refer to the Customer Care tab in the product description for the specific returns policy.
We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part.
Please note that defective/damaged goods must be communicated to us within 5 days (per our suppliers) of receiving merchandise. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.

- All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation indicating your account has been credited OR it will include your store credit (gift card) if a refund is not possible.
