HOLIDAY ORDERS - EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS
UPS: Orders may not receive updating tracking through UPS. Note that these orders are still being delivered successfully; however, they are taking 15-20 business days to receive. 
USPS: Once your order has shipped please understand USPS is extremely delayed. Due to unplanned USPS facility closures & overall increase in volume, all carriers are experiencing unprecedented delays.

➡️ Being that we source our collection from various suppliers, shipping times may vary, & depending on your purchase, you may receive more than one package.

•Please allow 1-3 business days for processing
•Standard Delivery is typically 7-10 business days. Imported items: Please allow for 10-15 business days.
•Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number.  Keep in mind that it may take several hours for your tracking number to update.  All shipping updates are done solely by the carriers.

Please Note:
•We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
•We do not assume responsibility if you provide an undeliverable address
• Any and all inquiries regarding lost or stolen packages must be directed to your local USPS . We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or undeliverable.

    RETURNS:

    Most items can be returned for credit to your original form of payment. When that is not possible, you will be issued a store credit/gift card. Please refer to the Customer Care tab in the product description for the specific returns policy.

    We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part.

    Please note that defective/damaged goods must be communicated to us within 5 days (per our suppliers) of receiving merchandise. Please contact us at hello@somethingtowear.biz for assistance. 

    ➡️ Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, accessories (jewelry, belts, purses, wallets, face masks) and  undergarments cannot be returned.
